Project Management

IDEC carries out the Project and Construction Management of multi-discipline projects on behalf of a Client.

In-house resources undertake the timely and safe control of the project execution and cost. This covers all engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning phases of sub-contracted work, including Civils, Mechanical, Pipework, Electrics, Control, etc.

IDEC has extensive experience in the roles of both Planning Supervisor and Principal Contractor, as defined in the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 1994.
